Tour description and schedule

Guests will experience art and culture in Aasiaat, discover traces of Greenland’s ancient cultures in Qasigiannguit, and explore Qeqertarsuaq on Disko Island, once an important whaling settlement known for its dramatic Arctic landscapes and local culinary tasting.

- Arrival in Aasiaat and check-in at the hotel
- Dinner at SØMA
16th September (morning)
- Boat transfer to Qasigiannguit and participation in local food festival activities. Visit the museum and explore traces of Greenland’s ancient cultures.
16th September (afternoon)
- Boat transfer across Disko Bay to Qeqertarsuaq on Disko Island
- Overnight stay in Qeqertarsuaq
17th September
- Morning activities in Qeqertarsuaq and guided tour of the town and surrounding nature.
- Feed and pet Greenlandic dogs
- Sauna at the basaltic beach
- Welcoming dinner at Hotel Disko Island with local host
