Payment is settled in ISK – Icelandic krona. The price listed in Euros is only indicative and is based on exchange rate per 02.05.25. View currency converter.

Who can register as a Supplier?
Suppliers can be defined as providers of tourism based and officially registered in one or more of the following three countries: Iceland, Greenland, the Faroe Islands. Suppliers can be airlines to hotels, incoming agencies, tour operators, and regional tourist offices.

Registration deadline for early bird is 29 June 2025 (midnight). From 30 June the registration fee will increase.

Please note
The event may sell out prior to the registration deadline. There is limited capacity for Vestnorden 2025 and registration is based on first come first served basis.
B2B
The appointments system will open approximately 3 – 4 weeks before Vestnorden starts.
Payment
Payment is done upon registration through a secured payment site with credit card. Accepted credit cards are VISA and MasterCard.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation until 27 June
- Between 27 June and 27 August 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- After 27 August – NO refund.
Cancellation can only be done by email to vestnorden2025@sena.is.
Name change
A name change is free of charge until 29 August 2025. After that, the cost of a name change is EUR 100.

Supplier Meeting Area Information
Each of the three countries will be allocated a meeting area where each company will be provided with a table and chairs.
Each supplier will be clearly marked within the meeting area. In front of the area and at the Vestnorden website there will be a clear map and instructions for the buyers.

Wi-fi
There will be free Wi-fi in the hall and in each meeting area.
More information about the setup and layout of the meeting area will be available on this website a couple of months before the event.
Suppliers
Flight Information
Flight is not included in the Suppliers registration fee. Therefore, all Suppliers need to make their own way to and from Akureyri, Iceland.
Icelandair, Vestnorden partner, offers discounts on flight tickets to all suppliers traveling from Reykjavík to Akureyri and back.
The booking period is from 15 May to 15 June and the period you can travel is from 26 September to 4 October.
Please contact Icelandair at e-mail: corporate@icelandair.is to book your flight. When contacting Icelandair for discount ticket you need to show your confirmation for participation at Vestnorden.

Accommodation
Supplier's Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the Suppliers registration fee. Therefore, all Suppliers need to book their own accommodation. The hotels listed below offer discounts to Vestnorden participants.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have compiled the answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding your trip to Iceland for Vestnorden.
You are welcome to come earlier or stay longer, but you will have to cover your own accommodation outside the dates of the event, and you will also have to book and pay for your flight tickets outside the fixed dates for Vestnorden.

Yes, you need to arrange the extra accommodation yourself. There is only a three-night accommodation included in the Buyers fee.
You can book flights from 13-22 October 2023.
Unfortunately, connecting flights are not covered by your Vestnorden registration.
The hotel rooms are based on single occupancy. If traveling with a family member or a friend not attending Vestnorden, a sub charge for the hotel room will apply.
You are welcome to bring family members, at your own cost. Please do your own arrangements for flights and accommodation.
The hotel accommodation is for the period between 16-19 of October 2023, three nights in total.
All payments must be done by credit or debit card. If you need to make a payment by bank transfer, please contact vestnorden2023@sena.is.
Credit cards are charged at the time of registration.
